I'm crying as I'm typing this. I knew Sherri and she was a sweet, kind person. I'll never forget the night I met her in person. I had talked to her twice previously over the phone when she worked for the AWA so I knew she was a nice person. But she had this ability to make you feel completely at ease when you were around her. The other thing that sticks out in my mind was that she always seemed to be full of surprises. The night we met I had told her that I didn't want to lose touch. I expected her to tell me that she'd be back in my town again sometime and we'd see each other again and that would be that. However, that isn't what happened at all. She actually gave me her HOME phone number and address and asked me to contact her sometime. She also took down my phone number and address. THIS TOTALLY BLEW MY MIND!!! Thanks, Sherri. I love you.

I mostly remember her from the AWA. This was, erm, circa '85 or '86 when I was a wee lad. I think she had a feud with Candy Divine at the time.
