The Return of Mr. Potato Head part 2

The second envelope arrived a few days later. I opened it up and was shocked to see our carb-filled little friend was IN MY OWN CITY. In fact, I am quite certain that one of these pictures, he is standing outside of Pennys Noodles! That is a place I frequent! Who is sending these mysterious pictures?! This envelope was postmarked June 16 from San Jose, CA.
